There is no single license for a national broadcasting company that could be revoked; most licenses are held by local stations and it's rare for them to be revoked and certainly not for political reasons. Further, each station would have to be challenged individually in it's local area by a local person who filed a petition with the Federal Trade Commission.
But these tweets are not meant to be a prelude to presidential action; they are simply meant to demean the free press, remind his base who the enemy is, and continue his war on the freedom of the press.
